There’s something energizing about bringing people together in the same room, especially when those people are helping shape the future of your business.

On July 17 Aircall’s esteemed partners gathered in Sydney for the Aircall APAC Partner Ascend Summit & Awards. It wasn’t just a milestone event for us, but a moment of clarity. We were thrilled to see a room full of faces - both familiar and new -  and also a gathering, exciting momentum among our partners.

A shared vision

It was a day packed full of insightful discussions and presentations covering a huge range of topics, including our latest AI-powered roadmap, the launch of new Conversation Intelligence features, and our deeper integrations across platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce, and Zendesk. 

But the real impact didn’t come from the slides or the stage. It came from what happened between the sessions…

Partners weren’t just networking; they were swapping stories, sharing wins, asking hard questions, congratulating each other, and generally having a great time catching up. It reminded us that the best ideas rarely come from us alone, they come from the field. From swapping stories and sharing information. From the partners closest to the customer’s challenges.

Where we go from here
